Ryan has recently joined the team at Maxium in June of 2010 as a Golf Mortgage Specialist.
A B. Comm. from the University of Toronto (1999) and a Class "A" member of the Canadian
PGA, Ryan has spent his entire career in the golf industry. Over the course of the
past 5 years, Ryan has gained considerable experience originating and structuring
over $100,000,000 in golf course mortgage transactions across Canada. Prior to entering
the golf finance arena, Ryan spent 5 years working as an associate with the KPMG
Golf Industry Practice, where he developed an in-depth working knowledge of the
"business of golf". As a university student, Ryan apprenticed as an Assistant Golf
Professional at The Toronto Golf Club. Ryan's approach to golf course mortgage transactions
will always be focused on creatively structuring a deal that will be beneficial
for both the lender and the borrower. Ryan and his wife reside in Toronto with their
2 young children.
